Pine Bay Residence

Nestled inside the extensive Grand Lucayan Waterway, our flagship development in Pine Bay is full of intrigue and ingenuity. Below you can see both conceptual renderings and site progress photos showing off what’s possible with careful attention to detail and precision in design. The primary residence boasts 4577 square feet (ca. 425 m²), while the Casita house includes a modest but thoughtful footprint of 640 square feet (59.46 m²). Both properties are built with the true fit and finish, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded lighting, weather-resistant windows, and smart home technology. Our designs are modern but rooted in the heart of Caribbean architecture and culture with an intention for liveable space both indoors and outdoors,

Progress

See below for some exciting progress photos of the project. As you can see, the development is a mixed medium of our panel system and traditional timber frame. An example of our process in action. After a detailed budget and cost per square foot are developed, we visually render the project to determine site conditions, elevations, exterior finishing, and design. As construction progresses, we regularly take photos, so our clients can share in the realization of their vision and watch the project unfold.

Dorian

In this gallery, you are seeing our build site located in the North East of Freeport on one of the canal systems. Pictures were taken on September 4th after Hurricane Dorian. The site was hit with a 25-foot storm surge, being pushed by winds gusting up to 200 mph (ca. 322 km/h). The only damage sustained was by a loaded 20-foot container being pushed by the wind. It is truly remarkable that our build system stood up to such a test.
