
Our costing philosophy is based on delivering very detailed specifications with quantities and labor cost for the various stages of our construction process. All of our homes include a high level of attention to detail, capturing proper costing and setting accurate expectations (spec and budget) with a focus on communication and transparency.

While our pre built specification is great we can always tailor to our clients needs and create your vision from scratch.
Our system is structurally rated to 146 PSF (pounds per square foot) of transverse wind load. This innovative system boasts beyond a category 5 hurricane rating. As a comparison, a category 5 has a PSF rating to 63 PSF.
All plans can be built on slab or suspended to combat both hurricanes and the reality of rising sea levels
5.5″ thick state of the art Styrofoam with 16 gauge steel studs 16″ on centre. The system bolts to a concrete pad with no requirements for concrete or Rebar steel in the walls. Our interiors include luxurious modern finishing, including stone tops, engineered flooring, and stainless steel appliances. Our system is environmentally responsible. The 5.5″ Styrofoam works as a structural element while adding additional insulation to the wall panel, increasing the energy rating beyond R40 on exterior walls. This offers SIGNIFICANT savings with electrical costs and running an AC unit. The system has no off gassing and uses recycled materials.
Our lightweight materials are easier to work with reducing build times and material costs. In some environments this can be a significant advantage.
We have relationships with a local Real estate team to help facilitate the sale of your existing property or help find land for you to build on. We also have a relationship with a local Bank and can extend preferred rates and finance strategies for helping realize your dream.
In this gallery you are seeing our build site located in the North East of Freeport on one of the canal systems. Pictures where taken on September 4 th after Hurricane Dorian. The site was hit with a 25 foot storm surge being pushed by winds gusting up to 200 mph. The only damage sustained was by a loaded 20 foot container being pushed by the wind. It is truly remarkable that our build system stood up to such a test

Empower projects can be built as designed or fully customized, and each one includes the option for suspended construction to mitigate rising tides.
Each level of specification is based on modern innovations in both building materials and interiors, including advanced levels for turn key solutions that can include appliances, home automation, furnishings, window coverings and even sundries. When viewing our models, the appearance of a flat roof is achieved with a parapet supporting a hidden pitched roof which allows for drainage on the exterior of the building.

Responsible for helping source interiors with furniture to sundries, her vision for projects is often bold and beautiful.
Oscar Duran is the Chief Estimator at Empower Projects. Oscar has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction and holds his Master’s of Science in Engineering.
